Over the last six years TJ has led Group YoSANITY (yoga + INSANITY) Classes, consulted top hospitals, medical groups, and community health centers on their health coaching strategy, and has also served as a Clinical Health Coach for hundreds of busy and successful entrepreneurs and other high performers who are hungry for a health upgrade.
In 2015 he decided to take a break from health coaching to focus on self-coaching - his personal process of optimizing his own health from the inside out. This would mark the start of a 2-year journey (and book writing process!) of intentionally building is own healthcare today and self-care strategy. With advancements in biohacking, behavior change design, and functional medicine, TJ shows how the modern-day health-conscious consumer can leverage the latest and greatest ways to prevent sickness and burnout and optimize their total health and energy for the long haul
