In Season 7, Episode 21 of the Boss Uncaged Podcast, S.A. Grant sits down with the Founder of Curating Confidence, KC Sullivan.

A young and naïve Texas girl who found herself with the opportunity to do some international modeling. After a couple years KC walked away from that industry completely, and utterly diminished - Physically, mentally, and emotionally...and in complete denial about all of it. 

KC quickly threw herself into fashion design school and rapidly gained success there; landing an internship which turned into a job at Versace before she graduated. After 10 months the opportunity presented itself again and she jumped into work as a freelance wardrobe designer and stylist working on fashion, TV, and film projects for various companies including the Disney Channel. 

She has worked in some capacity of fashion for 17 years now, and has seen the best and the worst that this industry has to offer. 

In conjunction with her work in fashion, she went back to school for rehabilitation services and started working in the nonprofit sector for a short 5 years. 

Through her personal experiences, her formal education, the invaluable lessons she’s learned, and all the jobs she worked at, she organically came into creating what she has today, her business Curating Confidence. She offers hybrid client experiences that foster the development of internal self-confidence and image through assessments and intentional coaching in conjunction with strategic wardrobe curation to help you feel like the most confident version of yourself from the inside out
