May 7, 2019
Today I’m chatting to Greta Solomon, who is a writing coach who specialises in helping people to fully express themselves. We talked about journalling, mindset blocks to creativity, healing old wounds, being honest and vulnerable as highly sensitive introverts and more.
"My journal was a place for me to get guidance where I didn’t have any outside guidance. To trust myself, to ask questions, to map out where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do" - Greta Solomon
Today I’m chatting to Greta Solomon, who is a writing coach who specialises in helping people to fully express themselves. At the time this goes live, her new book Heart, Sass and Soul has just been published - I’ve started reading it and I love it. I am a huge fan of journalling so I was keen to talk to her about this, and we also ended up talking about mindset blocks to creativity, getting into a state of flow, healing old wounds, being honest and vulnerable in our work, being a highly sensitive introvert, and how journalling has helped her move forward behind the scenes of her own business. She has a really kind approach to writing and creativity that I hope everyone can benefit from, especially if you don’t consider yourself to be a writer.
