He was an appointee of Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, helped CKE (Carl's Jr. & Hardee's) with government policies and regulations, and was part of an advocacy group to help small Latino businesses to thrive.
During his life, a reoccurring theme has emerged: "Target Your Impossible." Farias has harnessed this philosophy to help people of all walks supercharge their thinking to propel them from victim to victor as they target beliefs placed on them from their upbringing or own self talk.
