In this episode Dennis speaks about his experiences as a leader particularly udring the Boston Marathon bombings where he was the head of HAZMAT (Hazardous Materials) during that chaotic event.

Dennis started in the fire service in 1978, retiring in 2019 as District Fire Chief Special Operations Command Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction.
