Resilience & tenacity sum up Kristina Shea.
Kristina Shea has been widowed twice — yes twice —by the time she was 44. Personal, financial loss and adversity did not stop her. As a single mother and income provider she went back to university while climbing the corporate world out of sheer determination to provide stability for her daughter— and years later then found herself face to floor collapsing in the Financial District.
Kristina Shea, today well known for speaking on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship as well as wellness has a diverse and impressive background, reflecting her wide and social cause interests. Shea has been successful in almost everything she has touched — from teaching fitness and Bellydance in the studio (yes — you heard that right, Bellydance!) to her high-level corporate roles in the boardroom.
After 20 years of corporate America, and experiencing corporate overdrive burnout, she has turned the focus to building an inclusive lifestyle wellness company ‘BlueSkys Life™’— a purpose-led brand that is focused on natural sustainable products and education to recharge and renew your Mind, Body and Home. BlueSkys Life’s purpose is to elevate wellness naturally — as well as women.
In conjunction with “BlueSkys Life™”, Kristina is launching a content platform “Making HerStory”. Kristina feels everyone has a story of resilience and is creating a supportive space for those to share. Kristina’s mission is to cultivate a “BlueSkys Life” for women and empower women to “Making HerStory”.
