Nonprofits white leadership must move from torchbearer of white supremacy to its pallbearer. The current nonprofit structure is a white savior. Yet they don't support the BIPOC communities they are supposed to serve. Too often the people doing the actual work are BIPOC but the white leadership hold the power. What steps should be taken to dismantle white supremacy in nonprofits?
