A little bit about Linda: From an early beginning, as number 8 of 9 children growing up on a family-owned farm run by her mother in rural Pennsylvania, Linda learned early on the importance of working hard, commitment, and sharing for the better good of others. Known as a lifelong advocate for small businesses, women business owners in particular. Linda introduced and managed a women in business corporate level program for 20 years during her 47-year career in banking. Ultimately, this led to her introducing the ATHENA PowerLink mentoring program for women business owners in 24 cities nationwide, including her hometown. In addition, she has continued to manage and build the ATHENA International-based programs focused on supporting, developing, and honoring women leaders.
In this episode, Linda shares the five kinds of relationships every woman in business needs to have, the power of collaboration, and why we shouldn't shy away from failure. Linda makes a case for giving back and how easy it can be at any level of your career or business.
