About OT Warren III:
O.T. Warren takes a hands-on approach in running the property
management division of his family’s company, the Otis Warren Group. As a third-generation company president, he led a $3 million capital improvement project at Dickey Hill Forest Apartments, an award-winning community recognized for its high ratings from residents. He’s most proud of winning a Star Award from the Maryland Multi-Housing Association for quality in housing in 2013, and is known among his colleagues for his bold ideas and mentorship of new hires. Established in 1953, The Otis Warren Group is a real estate firm headquartered in Baltimore, MD, dedicated to providing the highest level of quality and service in the areas of residential and commercial real estate development, management, sales, and leasing.
