Alesia was working in her corporate career in operations. She also had already launched a successful ecommerce podcast called "The Honest Product Bench", when she went through an unexpected layoff due to Covid. She saw an underserved industry with helping podcasters launch a new podcast using her skills as a podcaster. She ended up starting her own one stop shop for podcasters.
