Gianluca Brugnoli is a Designer, holder of a PhD. in Design and creative executive with over 25 years of experience. He's been designing and delivering integrated UX / CX solutions, organisational change, front stage and backstage solutions. He's has co-founded Frog design in Milan, then moved McKinsey and is currently Chief Design Officer at Huawei. He's also a musician, lecturer and speaker. We talk about what designers don't often talk about, and what can be seen as the 'not so sexy.' All opinions are his own.
