Nicola is the Founder and Managing Director of Accxel, a construction training school and academy. Initially starting her career in the beauty industry as the youngest college lecturer on her campus and then owning her own salon, she joined the construction industry at age 23. Fifteen years later, she has been named one of the top 10 inspirational women in construction.
