6 Ways to Test Your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) / MAP (Maximum Aerobic Power)
1. 20 min Ramp Test
2. 3 min All-out effort
3. 3km all-out effort
4. Book in at a testing centre
5. MAP every 3min increase  20watts
6. Online - Zwift

The focus is to keep 90Rpm for the duration of the test, until you can't hold the cadence at the power any longer.
