In this episode I will guide you through a practice called Peaceful Place. This tool may be used to help ground yourself when you get overwhelmed. It can be a gentle place to put your mind when you are upset.
Peaceful place is a technique used in EMDR (which stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, as well as other therapy approaches. It is considered a resourcing tool that can be used when settle your mind when you are upset.
