Hey, welcome. Another week goes by and it's time for another podcast. Well, if you're listening to this live on February 15th. Yesterday, of course, was February 14th, Valentine's Day. I really do hope you had a great Valentine's Day and you found a little love or somebody gave you a little love. 

But today I'm not gonna be talking about love. That was yesterday. Today I'm gonna be talking about consistency. Such an important word consistency means that you do the same. 

Things on a consistent basis are on a regular basis. Now you need to be consistent as long as you're getting the results that you desire. Because was it not Einstein? 

I think said that thie definition of madness is doing the same thing over and over and over again and expecting the same results. Well, yes, it is madness, but its not madness. If you are consistently getting the results that you want now I have found that my YouTube channel, which is Richard Butler coach, has being consistently growing. Now. I only have a small audience right now, a time of recording of a bite. 633 subscribers, I think. 

But the channel is working well on when I say it's working Well, I mean that people are enjoying my reviews on getting lots of views on some of them. Some, some not so many on those views are turning into clicks on. They're going to where I want them to go. So the thing is that what I found is the more consistent I am. The more videos that I upload, the more subscribers I get on DH. People expect to see one or two videos from me each and every week, So that's what I try and do on. Consistency means that Then people expect the videos on a regular basis. Then they will watch the videos when I launched the videos, et cetera. 


So you need to think about consistency in your life. Are you being consistent in everything that you do on? Is it giving you the results that you want because you could be consistent in a negative way, you could be consistent in even badly consistent in drinking, too much consistent in smoking, too much and that is bad. But you want to turn the tables on, be consistent in things at work. Now, when you start off in any adventure or venture, it could be difficult to be consistent because you don't see results. You start off in the gym, and after a week you say, 


Well, fuck this. I can't actually see any results or you started dieting. You say it's been two weeks and I've lost, like 300 grammes or or less. I don't know how many grammes is ounces are stones and two converted, but you lose very, very little. But consistent behaviour in the long term will show results. So 300 grammes a week is nothing. But suddenly that is, Ah, what? 369 12 1.2 kg a month in a year that could be 12 kg, that you could go down in weight consistency in the gym. The more you go, the fitter you become you at the first couple of weeks, you're not going to have to walk very fast, are wrong our lift weight. But as you do a consistently, you get stronger. I'm better. I'm better each day. So my thought for today is what are you doing on what you want to change in your life Because you need to do mohr off. What is getting your results? Be that in love? Be that in your job Be that in your side hustle, Whatever it may be, you need to be consistent. So let's just take the example of a side hustle. 

If you want to build a side hustle, you have to be consistent. You have to consistently even do one hour on that side Hustle per day. And as you keep going, your side hustle is gonna grow. Yeah, slowly but surely you want to get better at a skill. Well, you need to be consistent. You need to practise every day. You don't think that likes a Leo Messi? I live here just close to the bars of Football Cup. You don't think Leo Messi became a football overnight? No, it was consistent training that he did that made him well. Some would say the best footballer in the world. Maybe others won't. But I don't really follow football. I know it's a shame and I'm just beside the camp now. But, um, whatever you want to say Messi is a great player and he has been consistent always in what he does on DH. How he does it. So everybody, Haas, 

To be consistent, you always have to make sure that you are consistent in what you do. The more you do of it, the better the results you will get. But again, our mind doesn't know our bodies is no whether it's positive or negative. The more you eat, the hungrier you will be. The less you eat are, the more controlled you are with your evening. They're less hungry. You'll be. The more you go to the gym, the strong will become so be consistent on DH. Make sure that you are consistently listening to this podcast. I'll talk to you next week.
