2020 has been a year like no other and it has allowed us to re-discover our own humanity and vulnerability. It had profound impacts on the personal lives of people around the world in a variety of ways. As 2020 comes to an end, Ken and I have an opportunity to reflect on this and make a fresh start, create a better future for our organizations, business and ourselves with a hopeful new year.
