She helps parents help their kids learn how to understand and better manage anxiety to engage with friends, attend school, enjoy extracurricular activities and do the things they love to do without being limited by worries or fears.  

With the current situation we have right now, it is essential to keep our minds and body healthy. But remember, kids are having difficult times too, so it's best to keep an eye out on them too.
