September 14, 2022
On this week's episode of The Millennials and Money, our guest Manhattan Real Estate Agent James Maaba shares his Money Story. Hear how after high school James found a job earning minimum wage working the front desk at a real estate office where he was “happily unchallenged and content”, that is until he saw the commission checks of the Agents he worked with were earning. After seeing the earning potential firsthand it sparked something in James, and he ran with it. He eventually got licensed as an Agent and began to grind like never before after posting properties endlessly on Facebook and showing after showing it took over 4 months for James to make his first close. Eventually, the right person saw the work ethic that James demonstrated with his consistent post and reached out to James to offer him a partnership, and James has been crushing the Manhattan Real Estate space ever since. James focuses on multi-family apartment spaces, he also owns two rental properties himself at only 22 years of age, while still living at home with his parents. You don’t wanna miss this one. Enjoy the show.
