Joe Roland IV is a member of the Omicron Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma, Fraternity, Inc. in Dallas. He is the Immediate Past President and current Regional Director of Education for the Fraternity's Gulf Coast Region.
Joe is an Assistant Principal, Educational Content Creator, and culinary enthusiast. He recently partnered with Independence Community College (ICC) to enhance its Culinary Arts program. ICC is featured in a popular Netflix series called Last Chance U.
