He’s previously co-hosted the podcast “Be Your Own Boss” with his partner and is the founder of the Future If Company & The Future of Work University. He is also a member of multiple advisory boards, such as Nasch, a platform that analyzes employee sentiments, identifies people challenges and encourages proactive solutions via smart nudges, and Pyn, an employee communications and experience platform.
