Some examples of where you may need specialist advice;
Properties with sleeping occupants
'Stay put' or progressive evacuations
Complex occupant/customers etc. (drug users, vandalism, mental health, health care, children, etc)
High risk/large manufacturing or high risk items (flammable chemicals, explosives, gases)
