Welcome to Season 2, Episode 11 of the Growth Hack Secrets: Founder Series.

In this episode, Sebastien Mirolo, the founder of Djao Djin, talks about how when you are building a SaaS, is not just about the business logic, but also about the teams and the skills you need to be able to be put it together.

Learn Sebastien's growth hack secret to shortcutting success when building your own SaaS so you can go straight into delivering value to your customers.

Here's a sneak preview…

"You have operations teams that know how to run AWS clusters, occupy natives, and all of these things.

Then you have application teams that know the business logic, and then you have front-end teams that know how to do UI. And all of these people, need to cooperate, but also like when you decide what is the strong suit of your company, where you're going to put your resources, that's the people you hire, and then you lack the oversight because you just don't have the resources to do everything.

And so that's why we personally focus on like everything, which is operations running on the internet, AWS, and all the infrastructure of running a SaaS, so that founders and entrepreneurs, they can just have a UI designer. So they can have people that really understand the market, the business logic, and the application they want to build."
