AMN Healthcare in 2015 as a travel nurse recruiter. She grew quickly and soon transitioned into a leadership role, managing nine travel recruiters and her nurses. After a year in the role, Saundra transitioned to her true passion, developing others. She has continued contributing to the organization’s success by training recruiters to build connections with nurses and grow their desks.
