I started coaching a year ago. While I was driving to work it came to me like a lightning bolt, a mindful boom!, that I have way more to give than what I was doing.

Many women, like myself, are choosing to walk away from a career aimed at breaking the glass ceiling. Instead, they are choosing to break through their own mindset barriers to live their unstoppable life, self-directed, and molded by their own choices.

So as I was transitioning into being an empty nester, I looked at my life and said, "I'm not done yet!" I have learned so much and have so much to give back.

Now as a certified life coach, it is my honour help women find their path and unlock their power within to love themselves fully and live an unstoppable life!
