The difference between the hugely successful and not-so-successful is education. Since the advent of colleges, our school system was designed around preparing everyone to go to school, make good grades, get into a good college, and take a salaried job for 30 years.
Those days are over. They've been over. It's not enough to simply go to school and get a degree. You have to diversify and continue to educate yourself as you grow throughout your career. The longest a person stays in a position is no more than 5 years. Things are changing rapidly. Technology has made. continuous education and skill-building are so important.
In this episode, Danny and Jeremy share the best places to build your skillsets without having to go back to college or spend hours of time in a program not suited for what's waiting for you in the future.
