Coaching for a Living
Get Unstuck, Move Forward and Help Your Coaching Clients Do the Same
August 24, 2022
#008 - In this episode, my guest Shira Miller talks about the process of getting unstuck and she shares some exercises and techniques for staying in this state for as long as possible. Our discussion revolved around naming the stuck, taking a reflective pause, dealing with mindset issues and more. Give it a listen.
#008 – As coaches, no matter our niche, we always have clients come to us with the same problem. They feel blocked in a situation and can’t find the words to explain it other than “I’m stuck, and I don’t know how to move forward.”

Shira Miller, my guest on this episode, is on a mission to get people unstuck. She wrote a book about it where she describes a step-by-step process of how to do so and remain unstuck forever.

Together we talked about:

Shira Miller is the author of Free and Clear: Get Unstuck and Live the Life You Want, which features a step-by-step process for getting unstuck and staying that way for good.

A two-time TEDx speaker, Certified Professional Coach and Chief Communications Officer of a $2 billion corporation, she knows a lot about getting unstuck – and teaching people how to do the same for themselves.

Shira has transitioned from financial ruin to prosperity, chronic health challenges to a constant state of wellness, obesity to sustaining a healthy weight loss, divorce to lasting love, and an unfulfilling career to a purpose-driven life.
