Welcome to Making It! This weekly show explores the lives and stories of entrepreneurs as they share their unique perspectives on their success and the path to making it.
Rob Drummond is the founder of Story Copywriters, an online business that teaches marketers how to write authentic stories that sell. Soon after embarking on his entrepreneurial endeavor, Rob found that the key to his own success was in fostering the success of others. Rob talks about the importance of experiencing a variety of job options to discover what truly rings your bells and the joy of teaching it to others.
In this episode of Making It, Rob shares his own journey of success and self-discovery and reveals what he has learned about the motivations that drive his dreams. Whether promoting businesses or individuals, Rob finds that making it is cultivating growth in himself and others.
“So, if I can enable people to deliver the skills without me doing the work, then that is what success looks like.”
“That's really making it…when you can train someone to be even better than you.”
