One of the biggest problems in any business is working out where your time is best spent. Since lead generation and sales are perhaps the most critical factor, it makes sense to put in place a system to help you work on the right contacts and opportunities.

This scoring system allows you to marry up observable behaviour your contacts and leads are taking to where they are at in the buyer's journey. With that information, you are then able to know what actions you should be taking in order to turn those prospects into customers.
