Are you contented with how you are right now or do you want to change for the better now that you’re growing older? Is age getting the best of you and your mind? Do you still want to enjoy life even as you’re aging?

Now that you’re growing older, living a different lifestyle from before, you’ll start to feel limited, maybe because of your health or the way you think of things. If you want to change, stop allowing yourself to be consumed by the thoughts of “I can’t.” or “It used to be..” Change starts with renewing your mind and thinking of “I can.” because your mindset can make a huge difference in the outcome of your future YOU.

Marcus Mosey was previously a youth worker and secondary school teacher, and over the last 20 years, he has been involved in Christian ministry in Lancaster. “This is about soul care, really about the mind and about the soul, and I think it’s feeding yourself a different message. Get a renewed mind.” – Marcus Mosey

“In just a few of these verses like Proverbs 23:7, it says, “As a person thinks in his mind and his heart, because they’re connected, so he is.” So I think it’s important to get some things which feed a different narrative about your life into your ears and into your head. So take some time, find something that is going to open up a different path in your thinking, read it, meditate on it, because that is a really important thing.” – Marcus Mosey

“Take time, be still, feed yourself, meditate on it, and then take a step in making a change in line with that different new narrative about your life.” – Marcus Mosey

“They say that the five people that you hang around with the most is who you are. So just watch, you know, try and cheer people up, and then they’ll cheer you up in return.” – Marcus Mosey
