About our guest:

Srilatha Batliwala is a highly respected feminist activist-scholar and trainer. Currently, she holds the position of Senior Advisor, Knowledge Building at CREA. She is also a Senior Associate at Gender at Work, a global network supporting organizations to create cultures of equality and inclusion. Additionally, she is an Honorary Professor of Practice at SOAS, University of London.
With a career spanning over four decades, Srilatha has been involved in various aspects of feminist activism. She has worked extensively in grassroots activism, building movements for marginalized women in India. She has also engaged in research, policy advocacy, grant-making, and capacity building for young women activists worldwide.
