Welcome back to part 2! In this fun and colourful episode, you’ll get to meet one of our Open Hires, Antoinette (Lou) Maddock. After losing her job during lockdown, Lou joined The Body Shop’s Surrey Quays (UK) store through Open Hiring. Since then, she’s had a wonderful journey from starting as a part-time consultant to now being a Team Leader! Lou tells us all about her journey to The Body Shop, how her skills and confidence have developed since joining and how “The Body Shop family”, as she calls it, has impacted her life inside and outside of work.
