Sometimes I am reluctant to do the ground work and I'm still getting round to it. If you asked any real expert if they've sat down and jotted down their perfect client in full detail, they probably would admit to you that they spent forever doing it and that that was the reason for their success.

Like I said, at the start of my journey it was hard to get clarity on what I really wanted and I was reluctant to do the foundations because of the amount of effort it would take to do it. But from experience and from listening to my experts, missing the foundations is like never knowing your end goal and going round in circles. It's not the best start.
