Find a mentor who’s going to support you. Be very open and honest with your superiors at all times, so they know about your experiences and where you’re coming from. Don’t shy away from taking risks even if you’re scared because they will help you grow.

Continuously challenge yourself by putting yourself in positions where you absolutely need to succeed. This self-challenge helps you prepare such that you don’t fail.
Be confident in your abilities. If others could do it, you can too.
Fear and adversity are unavoidable parts of life. So when you encounter them, face them and say to yourself just like Haley does, “There's no other option than to succeed at this point.”
