A hurt inner child is the wounded, vulnerable, and abandoned part of your soul that hasn't resolved the issues of being hurt, devalued, and neglected from childhood. This voice unconsciously creates self-sabotaging patterns of behavior in your daily life, which you then predictably react to like clockwork.
