When I talk to clients they mostly want to get better on the hills, and hill climbing. Aside from acquiring better skills, increasing the power-to-watt ratio is another way to ease the pain of hill climbing and I'm not talking about spending more on an expensive lighter bike. ;o) It's time to SHED some FAT! So how do you drop an extra 5-10lbs?

4 TIPS to help release an extra 5-10lbs
It's not rocket science, we all know what they are, but why aren't more people doing them?
1. Eating/Nutrition
2. SLEEP
3. Evaluate how much cycling you are doing
4. REST & Recovery

Sometimes we need a fresh set of eyes to look at what we are doing and an objective opinion to steer us in the right direction.
That's where a good coach comes into play.
