A Banana a Day also Keeps the doctor away!!! Just like Apples do!!! Bananas are a perfect snack or meal. 

Ancient records show that Banana cultivation in Egypt go back 8,000 years, Bananas even appear in Egyptian Hieroglyphics. Also records in New Guinea show that Bananas were being grown back that far as well. Bananas just like Apples are one of Natures Nutritional PowerHouse’s, it’s unreal how many Vitamins, Minerals and Proteins are in a small single package called a Banana. The nature of Bananas is far more interesting than most could ever imagine. Ancients recorded that Bananas got to our world from solar winds that picked them up from the planet Venus(Goddess of Love) Venus is also called, "Earths Twin Sister”... because they are both the same size. Bananas grow on huge plants (not trees) and botanically Bananas are Berries, most don’t even know this. The Banana plant is the largest plant in the world, growing up to 15 meters/45 feet high and belongs to the same family as the Orchid and Lily. A single Banana is called, 'a Finger’ and they, "Grow in Hands” (bunches) of around 10-20. The word Banana actually comes from the Arabic word for Hand which is Banan. Todays nutritional studies show that just one Banana has loads of vitamin C, Potassium, Phosphorus, Proteins, Manganese, Vitamin A, all of the B vitamins including Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, & Folic Acid, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Zinc. How to Do the Cleanse:
Drink this first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then have this mixture again just before a light lunch, preferably of steamed vegetables, and again mid-afternoon.
Have 6–8 glasses of room temperature water throughout the day. It may be best to slow down the consumption of liquids after 5 p.m. so that you are not awakened in the night, with having to go to the bathroom.

Homemade Colon Cleanse with 3 Juices
Total Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
* ½ cup 100 percent pure organic apple juice
* 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
* 1 teaspoon ginger juice
* ½ teaspoon sea salt
* ½ cup warm purified water
Directions:
1. Start with a tall glass and a spoon.
2. Place 3.5 ounces of purified water in a pan. You want to warm the water, not boil it, so that you can drink the water at a safe temperature.
3. Once it is warm, pour it into your glass. Then add the sea salt and stir.
4. Add the apple juice, ginger juice and fresh lemon juice. Stir.
5. Drink first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Then have this mixture again just before a light lunch, and again mid-afternoon.
